K-State beat Texas Tech 25-24 yesterday to improve to 4-3 on the season and 1-3 in the Big 12. The win was the first Big 12 conference win for Kansas State in a year. It sure wasn’t easy. I took a trip down to Arlington this weekend with my son and my parents to watch the kickoff classic between K-State and Stanford. It was awesome to see so much purple everywhere! I’d estimate about 25,000 K-Staters made the trip. They were loud, boisterous and extremely happy to see their Wildcats. I got home this afternoon and watched my recording of the game.
