I watched the Kentucky game again, this time in “analysis mode.” A couple of comments… 1) Both teams were tight in the first couple of minutes. Kentucky actually ran a couple successful plays that got players wide open under the basket and the ball was either stolen, blocked or just plain missed by Kentucky players. The last time K-State was in the Sweet 16

The last time K-State was in the Sweet 16 was in 2010.  They played Xavier in a classic double overtime thriller won by the Cats.  That team was led by Jacob Pullen and Denis Clemente and coached by Frank Martin.  Here are some video highlights of that game: Hope we can channel some of that mojo in the game with Kentucky tomorrow night!
