K-State trailed by 13 at halftime, but slowly crawled back into the game in the second half and eventually took the lead. Three Wildcats scored 16 points in the victory. Gabby Gregory, Serena…
K-State forward Arthur Kaluma was selected Big 12 newcomer of the week after he averaged 17.5 points and 8.5 rebounds per game in K-State’s victories over number nine Baylor and Oklahoma State. Kaluma hit the game winning three-point shot in overtime against Baylor. He was a big reason, and maybe THE reason that K-State got the two victories. Congratulations, Arthur.
The K-State women’s basketball team moved up to number four in today’s AP basketball poll. They are only behind number one South Carolina, number two UCLA, and number three Colorado.
Jerome Tang met with the media today to discuss K-State’s upcoming road games Wednesday at Iowa State and Saturday at Houston. Two very tough games.
